Stylish cafe just a 2-minute walk from the station.

Hello. My name is “Kotaka” and　I live in Otakanomori.The weather is clear and　pleasant today.I have been to a very nice cafe “ESPRESSO D’WORKS” Nagareyama Otakanomori, located 2 minutes walk from Otakanomori west exit, and　I would like to share my experience with you.

It is a street-level store on the first floor of　a building complex called Azalea Terrace. There is always a line of people waiting in line for this cafe, and　”Kotaka” has always wanted to try it at least once.

The atmosphere of the street trees in front of the store is nice, and　I dreamed of having a garden like this in my “kotaka” house to pass the time.

Lunch Set Menu

Now, what shall we have?

The lunch set looks good. It consists of　a main dish of　your choice, bread, soup, salad, and　a drink. As a crab lover, “Kotaka” decided to have the main course of　”Tomato cream with migratory crab” without hesitation.

After about 15 minutes of　waiting, it was “Kotaka’s” turn.　Oh, you’ve been called!

Hmmm…more stylish than a “kotaka” house.

Hm!　What is that newspaper-like paper on the table? Wow, it was a stylish menu.

Hmmm. Is this bread characterized by its high moisture content and　sticky fluffy texture? I am looking forward to it.

In addition to pasta, there are “omelette,” “lasagna,” “omelette,” and　”stewed chicken. All of these are favorites of “Kotaka.

Ah, pancakes. Basque cheesecake and　pudding also look delicious. But I’ll hold off this time.

Lunch set came!

Ah, here comes the first item. Let’s have it, then.

Cold corn soup.

It has a silky, potage-like mouthfeel, but with a robust corn flavor.

Five-grain rice salad

The five-grain rice complemented the salad very well.

One Handlet Bread

The bread is freshly baked, moist, fluffy and　delicious inside. The accompanying butter whip is especially delicious! I can’t stop bringing it to my mouth. The bread is almost gone before the main course is served.

Tomato cream with crab

The long awaited main dish, tomato cream spaghetti with migratory crab. The appearance did not disappoint, and　the crab flavor filled my mouth with happiness.

I enjoyed it very much. I am satisfied and happy.

Homemade lemonade.

This lemonade is refreshing and　easy to drink and goes well with food.

Water is self-serve.

Two types of water are available: water with roots and plain water.

Walking around the restaurant after dinner

Thank you for the food. It was very delicious. It looks like a good place for a girls’ night out or a date. Also, there is a store next door where you can take out bread, cheesecake, and pudding, which are also served at this cafe, so I will try this place next time.
